colleagues.

legumes and vegetables that come from the field will pass through your eyes;
meats, dairy, or eggs that are brought in from farms; fish, blue or white from
the sea and rivers; fresh bread, well kneaded and tender.

butters, nuts, and canned packaged foods that are healthy and willing to help
your mental and physical strength. And the aromatic details of the multitude of
aromatic herbs will make the flavors of the menus more fun.
Do not allow yourself to reject food without reason. Of
course, each one must know how to choose; But there is a big difference between
rejecting, for example, vegetables, to eat like "crazy" sweets,
sweets, chips, etc.

sense, not like babies who only use instinct to develop. Eating and resting is
